SkyQuest Participation AgreementGeneral Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Media Consent

 

This agreement applies to all individuals participating in any SkyQuest activity or program, including but not limited to flight simulation sessions, one-on-one training, aviation camps, workshops, and special events.

1. Acknowledgement of RiskI understand that participating in flight simulation or related educational activities involves physical and cognitive engagement, and may carry certain inherent risks of injury or discomfort.

2. Voluntary ParticipationI voluntarily choose to participate (or allow my child to participate) in SkyQuest programs and accept full responsibility for any risks involved.

 

3. Waiver of LiabilityI release SkyQuest, HyperionSim, their owners, staff, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may arise from participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

 

4. Health ConditionI confirm that the participant is in good physical and mental health and has no known medical conditions that would be adversely affected by motion simulation or related activities.

 

5. Media Release (Photo/Video Consent)I grant permission for SkyQuest and HyperionSim to photograph and/or record the participant during activities, and to use these images or videos for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes across platforms including websites, social media, brochures, and press.
